Registration Rate Schedule:
All cutoff times are on the date specified at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Discounted registration rates options will not be honored past the cutoff date – no exceptions.
Early Bird Rate: Jan 13th-Feb 13th, 2019
Regular Rate: Feb 14th – March 13th, 2019
Late Rate: March 14th – Apr 5th, 2019

Terms & Conditions (All Passes):
Registration must be paid in full to attend the Sports Acupuncture Alliance Summit. Registration is non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to another person. The schedule is subject to change. No audio or video recording will be permitted by cellphone or any other equipment unless specifically approved by the Speaker. Any violation of these terms will result in confiscation of your badge and immediate removal from the conference without refund.

Terms & Conditions (Student Passes Only):
The student rate is available for those who are currently enrolled in a graduate or doctoral acupuncture or herbal program. However, CEU credits are not available at the student rate. In order to receive CEU credits as a student, you must purchase the full price 2-Day or 3-Day Pass.

2019 Cancellation Policies:
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to team@sportsacupuncturealliance.com. All cancellations email dated prior to Feb 28th, 2019, will be charged the administrative fee stated below according to your registration type. Starting March 1st, 2019, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO REFUNDS will be granted after March 22nd, 2019, including no-shows. NO REFUNDS will be granted for the initial deposit of registrations purchased on a payment plan. All refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of your request. Your refund will either be credited back to your credit card or mailed by check.
