Cara Frank is a practitioner and teacher of acupuncture and herbology. She is the founder and owner of China Herb Company, the first mail-order compounding  Chinese herbal dispensary in the United States. Cara is the author of the new book TCM Case Studies: Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Disorders.  In part 1 of her discussion with Chad, Cara explains her start as an acupuncturist/herbalist, stages of sports injuries, and topical/internal herbal treatment strategies.
